Ring Hammer Crusher
PCH Ring-hammer crusher is suitable for crushing various
brittle materials, such as coal, gangue, coke, slay, shale
and loose lime stone etc. Whose compressive resistance no
exceeds 10Mpa and the surface moisture content should not
be greater than 8%.
PCH Ring-hammer crusher is a punching rotor type crushing
machine with ring-hammer on the rotor. The material is firstly
crushed by the punching force of the high speed ring-hammer
rotating , then the crushed material is thrown forward to
crushing board for the second crushing, required sizes material
will get out through the sieve plate, but bigger sizes material
will be shot back to the ring-hammer again for the third
crush. Such process repeats until the materials are crushed
to the required size.

Impact
Crusher
Processing the various sizes materials (Granite, limestone,

strength, Impact Crusher is widely used in the hydroelectric
power, road and highway, sand and stone, crushing fields.
Advantages of Impact Crusher features: unique structure,
Non-key Connection, high chromium Flat Hammer, special impact
plate; hard stone crushing, high-efficiency and energy saving;
Cubic Shape and adjustable discharge opening can be adjusted,
which simplified the crushing process.
Impact Crusher Operating principle:
When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed
by the high-speed blow bar, then are thrown to the impact
plates on the rotor for secondary crush, then the materials
will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush.
Such process repeats until the materials are crushed to
the required size and discharged from the lower part of
the machine.
